Original Little Derby
This mature cheese has been firmly established by Fowlers for over 150 years. It is dressed and then turned regularly, whilst maturing in our cellars for at least 7 months. Only when the Little Derby cheese has reached its optimum flavour is it brought out, the cloth removed and the cheese washed in Red Wine. Whole cheeses are wrapped in parchment paper and quarters are shrink wrapped for protection and delivery.

Fowlers Original Sage Derby
A mellow flavoured cheese traditionally layered and topped with a sprinkling of Sage. It is available in full rounds or half moons and random weight pre-packs. Our recipe for this cheese is over 100 years old.

Warwickshire Truckle
This traditional cheese is being made by Fowlers to a traditional recipe after 75 years. The creamy texture and nutty flavour are becoming firm favourites of connoisseurs of cheese. The truckle is cloth bound and waxed and a full cheese weighs approximately 6kg.

Fowlers Warwickshire Arden Oak Smoked Truckle
Our traditional hand crafted Warwickshire Truckle is now available delicately smoked with oak wood, giving a unique flavour to our creamy textured fine cheese. The truckle is cloth bound whilst maturing in our cellars and when ready for sale is stripped and smoked. Full rounds weigh approximately 1kg.

Fowlers Forest Blue
This hand crafted traditional Blue Cheese is soft rinded and has a firm but creamy texture. It is matured in our humidity-controlled cellars, which allows the bluing to take place without hurrying the maturing process.
